Your EasyEats subscription covers the Point of Sale, Unlimited Kitchen Displays, Online Ordering, and all core platform features. Choose the plan that fits how you operate.
Pay As You Go
per transaction — no monthly minimum

The Pay As You Go plan charges 0.95% of your total transaction volume processed through EasyEats each month. There is no monthly minimum and no annual contract to sign.
This plan is ideal if:
- You operate seasonally or at irregular events
- You are just getting started and want to test the waters
- Your monthly EasyEats fee would be below $90
Example: $5,000 in monthly sales = $47.50/month EasyEats fee.
Annual Contract

The Annual Contract plan charges a flat $90/month regardless of your sales volume. You pay for the full year upfront and are not charged a percentage on any transaction.
This plan makes sense when:
- Your monthly EasyEats fee (0.95%) would exceed $90 (i.e., > $9,500/month in sales)
- You want total cost predictability for budgeting
- You operate year-round with consistent sales
Example: $15,000 in monthly sales = $90/month flat (vs. $142.50 on Pay As You Go).

EasyEats integrates with multiple payment processors so you can choose the best fit for your
business. Credit card processing fees are charged by the payment processor — not EasyEats.
All our processors provide their service without a long term contract. Your card reader will be provided by your chosen payment processor.

EasyEats runs on off-the-shelf hardware — no proprietary equipment to buy. Some merchants already own what they need.
Point of Sale
Download the EasyEats Point of Sale app on the recommended Samsung tablet (or other modern Android tablet). No proprietary hardware required.
Kitchen Display System
The Order Queue KDS runs in any web browser — iPad, tablet, or touchscreen monitor. No special hardware required.
Internet / Hotspot
A dedicated mobile hotspot is recommended for reliability, though tethering from your phone works too.
