Can I add more orders to a tab later?
Yes. Every time you check out with Pay Later, you can pick an existing tab. The tab total updates automatically.
Does the kitchen have to wait for payment?
No. Tab orders go to the KDS right away, marked UNPAID.
Do unpaid tabs show up in reports
Yes, they are in your reports. In the summary and will affect your gross receipts and subtotals. In the Summary Report, there's a line that shows you the total Unpaid amount.
