Help! I lost my reader and need to take an order. Can sumup do manual entry?
SumUp does not currently allow manual credit card entry through our the POS. But EasyEats has a great alternative. Just direct your customer to order by QR or by finding your business directly on EasyEats.com
I cannot see my reader?
SumUp readers have a very long battery life. Perhaps it is time to plug in the reader and retry. If you still cannot find it, make sure it is not attached to another device already.
